2024 MOU Agreement Approval

Good evening, Members!

Today, I was able to attend the city council meeting with some of your GCEA negotiation committee, and I am happy to report that the City Council approved our new agreement!

After months of meetings and back and forth negotiations, the process is complete.  Based on tonight’s motion, we should see the COLA increase on the last paycheck of this month; the new medical premiums will go into effect on June 1st and should be visible on the last paycheck of June.
