I wanted to take a minute to share with you my experience with All About You Wellness Bootcamp because it’s made such a positive difference in my life.
For the last 4 months, I’ve been working out with All About You Wellness Bootcamp and I’ve never felt better. I’ve lost weight and inches – however, most importantly, I’ve improved both my cardio and muscular endurance and strength! When I started, I was getting winded just going up a flight of stairs. A couple weeks ago, I actually jogged for a solid 2 miles for the first time EVER.
Each week’s program is super fun and energetic, plus it’s different every week. Imagine: No more treadmill boredom at the gym. You’ll get a killer workout and also get the mental satisfaction of knowing that you are taking charge of your health and overall wellness! Elaine and Nar will help you get control over all aspects of your health – plus you have unlimited access to their many years of personal training expertise. There are multiple opportunities to work out 6 days a week – from 530am workouts to 7pm at night! From kick-boxing to hiking, you’ll be able to experience many different ways to get fit and to stay fit and healthy! As we head into the holiday season, let’s commit to give our bodies and ourselves the gift of good health! Wellness and fitness are two commitments you won’t ever regret!
